Charbel Ruiz Perez

My name is Charbel Ruiz Perez, and I am currently a senior at Hug High School. I enjoy being with friends and family and value time with them.

Some of my interests are music—I like listening to anything and everything—and seeing the different perspectives that music brings. Some of my favorite artists are Frank Ocean and Amy Winehouse!

I also enjoy watching movies and shows; my favorite genre is rom-coms, such as “Juno” and “She’s the Man.” I am currently involved with extra curriculars at school such as Leadership, Latino Club, Key Club and JROTC. I also play softball on my school’s team. I am currently focused on getting good grades and plan on attending UNR or UNLV and joining the Air Guard.

Some of my strongest skills are creativity and being social, since I really enjoy understanding other people’s perspectives. My goal is to continue being ambitious!
