Martinez commented that they are looking forward to expanding. Their most recent addition was getting an additional trailer, which has been seen in front of Les Schwab on Silverada Blvd. Nemecio is also looking into expanding into a walk-in service and stated, “I see our business eventually getting bigger and having our very own restaurant.”
Antojitos El Nachito is truly loved by the Sun Valley community. On some occasions, they even give back to their community by giving free raspados. They are adored for their humility and the dedication that they put into giving back. “Inspiration for the menu was what was mainly asked for by our customers,” Martinez mentioned regarding their business. Antojitos El Nachito took feedback from the community to give them what they wanted, which is why they continue to grow.
