Learn more about potential changes in our community as Manhard Consulting presents details on the West 2nd Avenue Zoning update. The discussion will cover a proposed master plan amendment (MPA) and regulatory zoning amendment (RZA) that could shift areas from Suburban Residential to Urban Residential, and Medium Density Suburban to Low Density Urban and Open Space.

The site is generally located south of W 2nd Ave, adjacent to Lois Allen Elementary School in Sun
Valley, just up the street from Hobey’s Casino.
