This unique scene was captured on July 4, 2025 at 8:55 p.m. from Sun Valley Regional Park in Sun Valley, Nevada. Since the park is elevated in the hills, you can see over Esther Bennett Elementary School and the valley at large. The park is refreshingly shaded approaching sunset, while the rest of the valley still bakes in the sun.
