To my knowledge, the Valle Vista (Spanish for “Valley View”) neighborhood is Sun Valley’s newest subdivision and only gated community. This quaint area is home to many young families and has a nice, symmetrical street layout featuring extra, communal parking at the end of each street that comes in handy when hosting parties and the like, when you need extra parking for your guests.
Valle Vista’s location just off of E 4th Ave in Sun Valley, Nevada makes it nearly central to the valley and provides convenient access to Sun Valley Blvd and nearby businesses, shopping, and Gepford Park just around the corner.

A former resident of Carson City, Reno, and Sparks, Richard finally saw the error of his ways and moved his family to Sun Valley, Nevada to live the good life. He finds Sun Valley intriguing, and loves this magical place more than words can describe.
Richard, a Scorpio, currently enjoys playing Star Trek Fleet Command, watching 'The Wheel of Time' on Amazon Prime, and listening to crazy genres of music on Spotify—including classical. (Whoa.)
While most people either dislike Sci-Fi films entirely, or they vehemently prefer Star Wars to Star Trek (or vice versa), Richard loves both Star Trek and Star Wars—equally.
His favorite BBQ food is smoked & salted beef brisket, his favorite painter is Piet Mondrian, and his Hogwarts house is Ravenclaw. He loves using em dashes, and swears by the Oxford comma.
