Donna Vazquez-Martinez

I am 15 years old, and I am a sophomore at Hug High School. My main responsibilities are doing well in school and maintaining my business, mostly keeping up my hard work for a good future.

I’m interested in becoming a travel ultrasound tech, but I’m also interested in being a writer! I love rom-coms like “Jane the Virgin” and “To All the Boys I Loved Before.” Watching shows and movies like these make my heart feel so pure and I want to write similar stories so others can feel what I feel when I watch them.

I am a florist and a bottle decorator! I started roughly a year ago. At first, it was for fun and if any family members wanted, but now I do it for anyone who orders from me! It really fills my heart with joy when I see people’s reaction to my work, and I think that what mainly keeps me going. It’s honestly a job I love. I wish to continue this business apart from being an ultrasound tech, which is also why I am currently taking a business class.

I think I really am a person who sticks to everything I’m interested in. My music taste, my style, my taste in food or even just my friends. Although, I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone! I make new friends easily and really am just a talkative and social person!
