On April 11, 2025, the Sun Valley Community Park became full of laughter, joy and smiles as kids from all over the community gathered around for a cheerful Easter Egg Hunt.
Whether you’re participating in a community cleanup, planting trees, composting, recycling, or reducing plastic use, Earth Day is a chance for everyone to unite in protecting our planet. It’s basically a giant reminder that this is our only home—and we’ve got to take care of it. 🌍💚
H.O.P.E. Church of the Nazarene and SVGID are sponsoring a free, public Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Sun Valley Community Park (115 W 6th Ave, Sun Valley) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The spring weather has been so nice this past week, so we decided to visit Highland Ranch Park and take a leisurely afternoon walk here and enjoy some fresh air.
Unique to this course is the presence of native flora, such that any errant discs may need to be retrieved from surrounding sagebrush or juniper trees.
