The Woodland Estates neighborhood is the gateway to Coyote Hill in Sun Valley, Nevada, and is located just off Sun Valley Blvd via Rampion Way.
As some people may know, Sun Valley can be a magical place, and the open recreational areas in the hills are no exception. Coyote Hill is home to much horseback riding, for example, and spending a day with your horse in the open air overlooking the valley is never a bad thing.
