To my knowledge, the Valle Vista (Spanish for “Valley View”) neighborhood is Sun Valley’s newest subdivision and only gated community. This quaint area is home to many young families and has a nice, symmetrical street layout featuring extra, communal parking at the end of each street that comes in handy when hosting parties and the like.
Valle Vista’s location just off of E 4th Ave makes it nearly central to the valley and provides convenient access to Sun Valley Blvd and nearby businesses, shopping, and Gepford Park just around the corner.
